Breakdown & Reasoning

It's important to us that you understand our thought process behind our pricing. When it comes to advisory/consulting, it's very tough to gauge and justify what the "going rate" is.

 

This is due to the simple fact that this industry is incredibly nuanced, entailing too vast a variety of customized services to properly define a market price.  For these reasons, it's paramount to us that we provide full transparency in the justification of value behind our pricing structure. 

Clients' Needs Vary

Each and every client's company, starting point, process & goals are different.

 

This requirement of complete customization leads to varying program duration, difficulty, work hours etc.

 

This means our pricing structure must be congruent in reflecting the differing needs & programs of each client. 

 

In addition, because of the time commitment, intensity and focus needed for each client, we only work with a maximum of 3 clients at any given time. 

Clients' Values Differ

We truly believe that only the client can determine value and every client values things differently. 

For this reason, it's imperative that our pricing best reflects a value-based structure.  

 

In order to reflect this, we take a week by week approach. Each week we will sit down with you and discuss the previous week, the week ahead and what needs to be done.

 

Because each week's difficulty, work load and goals will differ, we understand our value will as well.

 

This is why we give you the option to cut down or add paid hours, ensuring what you pay is aligned with the value we bring.  

How the hours work

Our advisory hours are structured to ensure there is a clear relationship of paid hours to value added.  

During your consultation, we will be able to get a picture of your weekly and overall goals and what might be an appropriate number of weekly hours to start with.

 

The amount of weekly paid hours will be agreed upon and set on a week to week basis. If you choose to cut down or add hours, they must remain within the minimum & maximum number of allowed hours. 

 

Throughout each week of your program, you will have the freedom to split up your hours in whichever way best suits your schedule.
